To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices (if applicable).
- Clear photos or videos of the issue are required for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Products showing signs of use.
- Personal care or hygiene products.
- Customized or personalized products made to the customer's specifications.
- Items explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Trendeebee will cover the cost of return shipping for all approved returns.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 business days.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number.
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be subject to the standard return process above.
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
