Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. "Business days" are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days from the date your order is placed.

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Delayed or Lost Shipments

We will work with our shipping partner to investigate. If the shipment is confirmed lost or undelivered after 5-7 business days past the estimated delivery window, we will offer you a full refund.

Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery, re-shipping charges may apply. Trendeebee is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
